We are doing sign-ups for anyone who would like to begin walking
as a group one evening per week.
We will meet about 7:00 pm, begin with about a mile and increase our distance every week. This
will allow you to get that important, extra cardio and we'll be ready at a moments notice for any 3K or 5K run that we want
to do.
